Default Mikes log

I am a powerlifter and beginning olympic lifter. I recognize a few people from other boards and like the theme of this board so I decided to join. I am prepping for a meet a week from Saturday and it will be my first time competing in a year. Anyway, heres the last couple of sessions.

Sat:
Power Snatch 175x2
Power Clean 220x2
Deadlift 598, 608 (combo bumpers and metal plates so odd weights)


Mon:
Back Squat 405x3
Pause Bench 355x3,385x2,400x1,365x3


Tue:
Back Squat 520x1, 410 3x3

Today
Pause Bench 370 3 singles
Standing Military 225x3,240x1,200x7
