today we did some wind sprints and then a mile run, so not too bad for cardio
got legs tonight-- i will update again after workout.... off to class for the day, ya'll have fun!!!

Leg curls--- 110x10/ 125x10/ 140x8/ 140x8
Leg ext--- 95x10/ 125x10/ 140x8/ 140x18
Seated Calf raises--- 110x12/ 110x12/ 110x12/ 110x12
G-force is great, i have such a good morning from it....
Transform, well im becoming more and more vascular, so im supposing that i have to be drying out-- i am really feeling the recoveryeffects, no matter how hard i hit it i still feel great when i walk out of the gym and almost ROM the following day...
