BTB, you should know this by now.. 150g of daily protein is simply 5 meals with 30g each. Everyone knows the body (yours, mine, Stalins, Confuscious, everyone etc..), can only process 30g of protein at a time. Consuming any extra means you gain 4lbs of fat for every gram of protein, BRAH...
