There are some pre-workouts, like Muscle Marinade, which really amp up my focus. This isn't a small change either. I notice a big focus swing. I tend towards pre-workouts like this instead of ones that are stimulant heavy.

With Muscle Marinade my focus is still insane 3 hours after my workout. I feel relaxed/calm and more mentally aware.

I like having that added focus heading into a workout.
