Feel like this supplement is working well so far. I have not dropped any weight, but that is due to I am forcing myself to eat to keep my weight at 300lbs for the meet in February. I have noticed that my stomach is looking a little thinner. Going to try and grab a few measurements today at the gym, and then check them again every few weeks. Really enjoying the added energy from the "Ripped Freak"!
