One of my lifting buddies goofed up his rotator cuff last night (while sleeping) so, he was not up for much and my other lifting buddy invited us out for beers and dinner. So, we kept it minimal and then went out to relax.
Last WO before BULLDOZER:
Hanging knee raises with a twist: 5x20
Lying Swiss Ball Bridge Hamstring Curls: 4x10
6-inch leg raises: 10x10-20 seconds
