Thanks for the check in BTB. Been having some personal issues lately so havent been on the internet all to much. Notables from this past week:

OHP: 175x3
Squat: 335x3
Deadlift: 405x2
Bench: 280x2

Been testing maxes lately, planning on starting a new round of 5/3/1 either next week or the week after. Strength is coming back slowly but surely.
