Fav Supp: Food
- 1/2 c Oats, 1/2 Grapefruit, 6 whole eggs.
- 1/2 c Oats, 1/2 Grapefruit, 2 scoops Whey.
- 6oz chicken breast, spinach salad w/ an oil based dressing.
- 2 scoops whey, spinach salad w/ an oil based dressing, 1 Tbsp natty PB.
- 8oz beef; Flank, Sirloin or Round, 8oz broccoli or asparagus.
- 1 can tuna or 8oz wild salmon, spinach.
~16oz water with each meal.
~PWO Shake; 2 scoops Whey & 50gr dextrose w/ milk.
