So, I've really thought about this and I simply can't just do ab work. Nor can I handle another week of 2300 calorie days. I just can't. I'm not ashamed of it, when Sipes was doing this program he was an elite bodybuilder already poised to win Mr. Universe (again). I will be watching my diet alot closer than I have in recent months though, and I will average the 558 daily calorie deficit necessary to get down to 200 lbs in 6 months. I will also make some kind of cardio a regular part of my life to help make that happen. But, I have to get back to real weights. I can't go another week without a squat, press, or deadlift.
