Well started taking "Ripped Freak" this weekend. It suggest 1 tablet in the morning, and 1 basically optional at night. I figured I would take them at night only during the week. Supplement differently feels like it makes your body temperature rise, but in a good way. So far so good on the supplement. Also feels like it gives me a little added energy.
Best meet lifts: 1040squat, 730 bench, 730 deadlift
