Lost internet for quite some time. Luckily I'm a busy guy, losing internet seems to really bother a lot of my boring friends.

Deadlift:

315 x 1
335 x 1
365 x 1 (straps were added)
385 x 1
405 x 1 (+65lbs)
365 x 5 x 1

Snatchgrip Highpull:

145 x 3
145 x 3
145 x 3

Goodmorning:
175 x 8
175 x 8
175 x 4


Well when I add straps I increase my deadlift by a good 65lbs. I guess that's what my weak spot is... Felt good to hit 4 wheels. I am cursed with small and fat fingers so I guess that's why my grip has always been next to nothing. On top of that I'm a constant knuckle cracker and i remember reading somewhere that it can reduce grip strength... maybe I should stop?
