Saturday Kind Of weird workout
First of all I was at the gym for like 4 hours which I was not prepared for. Went for a big raw squat, also not prepared for and then hit some decent numbers.
455 x miss, really close, should of had this. Just a tiny help out of the hole

Huge numbers here!! The bands helped quite a bit. I was told they only take off 100 at the bottom, but I am not sure I believe that.
After this I had about a 1 hour and 30 minute delay. Helping the guys with gear and watching some huge reverse band squats. The gym owner hit 1075, but it was pretty high. Still Crazy!!

Totally misjudged the weight, I forgot we had 100 pound plates on the bar. Thought this was only 545, no big deal. Would have been a huge PR

This had a limited ROM but was tough.
I am thinking of squatting again tomorrow. Just doing heavy singles, I need to get more confident with near max weights on my back. Possible knee wraps tomorrow. We will see how I feel when I wake up.
