static holds at top not walked out
Was experimenting with a little lower bar position with these. Felt better on my back. Will see what happpens when i actually squat next week... i felt good enough that i could have worked out, but probably would have relapsed into sickness so i just messed around a little.
Also cold pulled 335, and then 185 one handed each side.
Benched 135 a couple times.
Ready for monday!!!
