Notes: Really tough today. No "B" workout today or tomorrow since the guy I'm on night shift with called off today & tomorrow. I have mixed feelings, I'm grateful for the break but I really want to get some I also wanted to point out that although this is an abs specialization program, it is not abdominal isolation. Each session requires a great ammount of effort from my quads & hips as well as my shoulders and chest.
