NOTES
No school today so slept in. My body must have been worn out, slept till 9 am. I can't remember the last time I slept that late. Felt ready heading into the gym. Today's goal? Deadlifts - at least 3 plates for reps.

Deads - PR - 3 plates +!!!! WooooHOOOOO!!!
I forgot to bring my camera out so this was taken with ipad. This set up on both sides like this, minus 1 pace micro on other side. total plates 4 - 45's 2 -35's 2 - 10's 5 - .5lb micros + 45lb bar = 317.5
Leg Extensions - added 5 lbs
SDL /RDL - straight legs were pounding my already tired back too hard, so I switched after 1st set to an RDL
Seated Calves - added 5 lbs

Good day, Bench tomorrow. Supposed to take a deload week next week, but since I had a forced one the week before last, I am leaning toward moving right into Cycle 5.
