Really good workout today. First time I have had an upper body pump in probably 5 months or so haha

Barbell Rows-150x8,150x8,150x8

DB Row-50x15,50x15,55x12

Close Grip Pullups-BWx8,BWx8
Superset with
Machine Pulldowns-100x10,100x10

DB Shrugs-55x15,55x15,55x15,55x15
Superset with
Standing DB Curl-25x15,30x8,30x8

Rope Hammer Curl-37.5x10,37.5x12

Clsoe Grip Barbell Curls-55x10,55x10(I'm starting to love these!)

Face Pulls-6 sets (Reverse grip and overhand)

Hyperextensions-2 sets BWxFailure

Got all this done in about 45 minutes. I was really moving today. Weights are feeling good and keep going up with no pain! Going to do some cardio tomorrow on my off day. I'm up about 1.5lbs so far this week, so it looks like the calories might stay pretty much the same next week.
