Thanks guys!! I appreciate the support!

This program is brutal. But no program is perfect, the only problem i have with the program is not feeling heavy weights for a long time. Mostly just for my bench. I am excited to see what my maxes are when I finish this cycle. Deload next week and then 3s!!
