No problem Bam, understand. One has to make the best decision among the choices available to them. Apologize for not posting in here much, and appreciate the time spent here. I am not one for an online personal training/goal journals. In contrast, I keep an extensive personal training/dieting journal at home that does the job I created it for, and motivation has never been a problem. I have done this for quite a few years now, and has served rather well. I am training hard as ever, and life is wonderful. Hope the same is with you.
