Workout Session #11 - 1/24/12
Another a'ight day...nada special, just some more walking. I did try to take a few runner steps, but right away felt my knee say hell no. Still not sure why the pain is so come and go from one day to another. I'll stick to walking until I at least get new running shoes, hopefully this weekend.
Treadmill - 4 miles - 72 minutes 12 seconds.
Weight is still dropping, cal intake has been uber minimal. Probably 1200 or so yesterday and today. But feeling good overall, no low cal headaches or crazy pains screaming for food. So, making progress, very slowly....but it's better than getting fatter.
