I assume that many of you lift through colds. I have a severe one right now. So bad that all I want to do it go to bed. I do believe tonight I will not be lifting. Instead I will rest up. I think that this is more beneficial to me than lifting.
If you're feeling that bad, then bed. When the immune system is down, it's always wise to let it rest...and if you're off to a gym, I doubt others would be too happy if you passed on the virus
