tested my 1RM for Bench Press last night for the first time since switching to Power Lifting and training under madcow's. I was a little disappointed, because I missed 300 twice, midway up, but hit 275 pretty strongly. Overall it was a good learning experience and I'll be testing my deadlift and squat max this week as well. I may be able to hit something between 275 and 300, but I didn't try. I went from 225, 250, 275, 300. Maybe that was part of the problem?

bodyweight: 202.5

1rm bench 24 OCT 11: 250 lbs
1rm bench 24 JAN 12: 275 lbs
