Workout Session #10 - 1/23/12
Getting better for sure. Did some good treadmill work, tempted to run, but decided to stay with walking, just to be safe. No pain in the knee, or shins. Also got some circuit work in afterwards.
Treadmill - 3.75 miles - 72 minutes
Circuit Weight Session
Chest Press, Row, Pulldown, Flye, Arms - In no particular order, just using whatever machine was empty. Did a few sets at each, then moved on. This was just to test my shoulder, see how it handles any pressure. Right now just a bit sore, which is a good thing.
Also, as I thought I would.. I gained quite a bit over the weekend. Football party on Sunday didn't help...but that pizza and beer tasted almost as good as that missed kick by the Ravens. Morning weight was upto 264..post-workout weight, 258.5.. And that will drop even more overnight, even though I'm rehydrating. Not a lot of food today, just working off yesterdays overload.
Overall, a good day. Ready for another tomorrow, just walking, no weights to rest. And more sauna time. I'm starting to really enjoy the 160 degree heat...
