Really bad day. I was expecting 350 for a triple. I don't know what went wrong. I was feeling so good! It was my first day of classes for the spring semester and I was having a very good day. I looked good and felt even better. Went in the gym expected 350 x 3 and ended up almost getting folded by 315. Went home a little early today out of fustration.
Happens to all of us. I had a bench session like that last week. You'll get it.
