So I've been busier than normal but still dosing as expected, nothing has changed. I haven't built a tolerance and things are going good, aggression is through the roof, acne has come and gone, sleep is good deep and wake up well rested, recovery has been better as well. Being that I've been so busy I switched to Max-OT training cutting my workouts down by 20 minutes. Today was chest and tris and felt good. One thing thats crazy is my weight is going up considering my cardio, diet and training but still seem to be leaning out a bit, WINNING!

AM cardio 25 minutes HIIT (5 minute warm up, 15 HIIT, 5 minute cool down)
