Alright day one of 5/3/1;

Bench Press: WU 205lbs x10, 235lbs x5, 255lbs x5, 270lbs x5
DB Bench Press: 100lbs 1x10, 4x5 (Was smoked after first set)
DB Overhead Tri Extensions: 80lbs x10, 100lbs 4x5
Dips: 4x8 (Tris were destroyed)

For Core I did this;
Planks: 4x1 minute
Standing BB Russian Twists: 45lb plate 4x10 each side.

Then static stretching for 10 minutes.
