If it's no power rack then you can't go wrong with Clean & Press, or Clean & Push Press or Curl & Press. Power Cleans and Power Snatches as well.
My evening sessions are basically just variations of the Squat, Bench and Deadlift. So for the mornings fast pulls and overhead work works well. I would also do light Squats but with my knee issues at the moment I don't think that's a good idea.
Perhaps try Clean and Press or Snatches and maybe top off with some ab work. Hit it and quit it.
