I've trained on average 10 times each week for the past 3 weeks. I've shown no restraint on what I eat and my weight hasn't increased, my daily calorie intake is massively higher compared to what I was eating in the summer.
Multiple daily sessions are quite good. I'm all for them if you can get the time, having a home gym is a big bonus here.
