A little about myself: I started lifting sophomore year in highschool. I used to only bench and shoulder press. Senior year I learn about powerlifting and then added ohp, squats, and deads to my workouts. I first ran a upper/lower/upper routine followed by 5/3/1 (those two worked the best for me) then I stopped lifting because of football started lifting again only to waste my time routine hopping weekly and battling depression. Depression sucks big time...
My greatest weakness is the deadlift. I am a very strong bencher and my favorite lift is the squat.
