Default Quad size and caliper reading.

Question for experienced caliper users...

My quads are "relatively" lean...measuring 22 mms. My quad measurement cold is just a bit above 31 inches right now.

Any clue what my size might be if I hit 10% bodyfat or 5 to 10 mms via caliper?

Also, what is your estimated mm reading and estimated bodyfat percentage. Just trying to gauge how much I might dip as I drop the pounds.
