Well its about that time to switch up the routine a bit. Im thinking of adapting Wendler's 4 day a week 5/3/1 program. I think for his overhead press day Ill do olympic lifts with the same system. Im gonna keep doing the tire flips when I go back for 2 weeks at out shithole base. But going to start doing sprints and maybe buddy carries for cardio. We got told we are going to have a PT test as soon as we get stateside like right away so I need to start doing cardio.
