Yeah MREs are getting old but the hot sauce always makes them edible. We also have 24 hour first strike rations but I dont like them they contain very little protein. But here is today's workout;
Back Squat: 225lbs x5, 315lbs x5, 355lbs x3, 405lbs x1, 435lbs x1, 455lbs 2x? (I dont know if the first attempt was good enough I think I hit the plane. I got my buddy to watch the second attempt and I failed.)
Front Squat: 185lbs x5, 205lbs x5, 225lbs x3, 245lbs x3, 275lbs x1, 295lbs x1, 305lbs x1 (Missed)
Power Cleans: 135lbs x5, 185lbs x3, 205lbs x2, 225lbs x1, 235lbs x1, 245lbs x1.
