275x5 last rep or 2 of this set wasnt the greatest. Got too much on my toes for this light of a weight.

Just wanted to pump some blood... probably should have cut squats at 225 in all reality, but i wanted to feel a little weight at least...
Also worked a little techniqie with just the bar on bench.
Still feeling beat up so i'll probably be doing something similar the rest of the week. Right knee is tweaked a little from squats last week. I caught myself letting my knees cave in while my toes were pointed out, recipe for disaster!
