Well its been a while since I posted on here and that was due to no internet where my platoon was sent. Ive been continuing to workout out although the gym where I was basically a prison style gym. Total weight in plates 315lbs, 2 55lb dbs, 1 40lb db, 1 45lb kettlebell, 4 chains, 1 ghetto rigged bench, ghetto rigged pullup bar, and 1 MRAP tire.
Ive had to be creative in doing these workouts. I basically did this for the past few weeks;
Monday: Bench Press: (Its a angle so its off balance) 225lbs x5, 255lbs x3, 275lbs x1, 295lbs x1, 305lbs x1, 315lbs x1. Clean and Press: 135lbs x5, 155lbs x5, 185lbs x3, 205lbs x1, 215lbs x1, 225lbs x1. BB Shrugs: 335lbs x5 (I put 2 45lb plates on each side and attached 2 55lb DBs with the chains this is how I first set it up), 425lbs 5x5. Tire Flips 5x10.
Wednesday: Deadlifts: 335lbs x5, 385lbs x3, 405lbs x1, 415lbs x1, 425lbs x1. Pullups 4x10, Single arm BB lateral raises: 3 45lbs plates x5, 3 45lb plates 1 25lb plate x5, 4 45lb plates x3, 4 45lb plates 1 25lb plate x3. Tire Flips 5x10.
Friday: Power Cleans: 135lbs x5, 185lbs x 5, 205lbs x3, 215lbs x1, 225lbs x1, 235lbs x1. Ghetto Style Front Squats: (I had to use our ghetto rigged bench for this so the bar was really low) 185lbs x5, 205lbs x3, 225lbs x3, 245lbs x1, 255lbs x1, Tire Flips 5x10.
My diet consisted of 3 MREs a day, about 100 grams of Casein throughout the day and 50 grams of Whey Isolate.
