The average gym goer is the living definition of muscle confusion. Something different every day, cause "you don't want to get bored." Bosu balls, standing OHP while balancing on a swiss ball, 1/4 squats and mini leg presses are the tools of their trade. If an exercise doesn't increase a measurement by .5" overnight, move on to the next best movements. When you are done with your "new every day" routine, get your "tropical smoothie" add a scoop of protein and a chicken salad croissant and then head to Target for the sale on tight jeans.
