Lifting Stats - Where do they fit in?
We all know that Deads & Squats, along with benching are the big lifts which we aim for the biggest #'s. But where do the other lifts fit in?
Reg Park's Stats
Deadlift - 700+lbs
Squats - 600+lbs
Bench - 500+lbs
BNP - 300+lbs
I'm only using Park's stats as an example.
Where do Bent Over Rows fit in? Barbell Curls?
I'm asking because I'm wanting to have something to aim for in my own lifting.
