Decided to do some shoulder work back at the flat I was warm.

Band Pull Aparts/External Rotation
20/12, 16/12, 16/12

Squats felt light enough but felt a funny twinge in my left knee on the 150kg, hopefully nothing but might ice and heat today just in case. Goodmornings felt good, preferring the slightly lower rep range for them with slightly more weight.

Nothing more to say today. Food and revision is the order of the day!
