Reps got a little ugly on the last set, but I finished them. It seems the my shoulders wear out faster than any other muscle group when it comes to heavy volume

These felt very solid, wrist is still sore, but felt good. I have not used bands for a while and feeling strong with them.

Overall good workout, my body weight is slowly climbing, I think I am around 212 right now. Just trying to slowly increase until I compete. Tomorrow I will probably take it easy, maybe some body weight stuff. Hoping for a good squat workout on saturday. Time to start crushing heavy weights!!
