It is used when they are injured or if they have a bodypart which they feel could benefit from size or post meet to help recover before attacking max effort again. Normally sets of 5-6 and all barbell moves still. Can also be used for max effort lower day when they are in a circa max phase and going stupid heavy on dynamic day.
