I like keeping my calories pretty much the same everyday, Keeps a constant supply of nutrients. I keep track of my macro's so I am planning on just making adjustments by my weight gain from week to week. Last week I didnt gain any weight, so I added in an extra 50g of carbs. So I will just keep making adjustments like that until I feel it's time for a mini-cut.
I dont do cheat meals, but I eat whatever as long as it fits into my macro's for that meal. I made some pizza yesterday and on most days my post-workout meal is steak and potatos. So I am still enjoying the diet without cheating.
