Thanks guys!!! Very sore and tired today, work was rough. People just would not leave me alone, its all good. I guess that is life.

Nothing great to report, just some bw stuff

Pull Ups
3x10

Dips
3x15
Wrist kinda still hurting

Chin Ups
5 or 6x10

Banded Tricep Extension
Doubled mini x 3 x 20

Inverted rows
2x15

Just wanted to get in some good back work today, tomorrow is will be OHP. I think my wrist is going to be hurtin on these, but once again I will just wrap it up and push through it!!

body still feeling good, just sore and starving!
