Have my workout plan till April:
Monday: shoulder work with barbells or db's. lats, tri's and bi's
Tuesday: heavy deads squats for reps,alternating week heavy squats and deads for reps,abs, grip
Thursday: work on log press
Fri/Sat: sandbag carries, tire flip, sled pull
