Just kidding...

Went with Squats first today

225x10x1 - Quick warm up
225 reps for 60 sec

Was going to do BTN's after this, but my shoulders were acting up, went with some standing calf raises and Hise shrugs on the standing calf raise machine.

Left the gym exhausted!

For dinner: 2 marinated chicken breasts diced up and mixed with 3 eggs, protein shake & Spinach salad w/ feta and italian dressing... Keto meet Paleo, Paleo meet Keto.
