Workout Session #5 - 1/10/12
Yeah, so I am now fan of PLCAR. I could have gone on forever. I just didn't get tired. I did more than I have in months on a treadmill. This stuff kicks ass.
Shoulder feeling better than yesterday, but still a bit tweaked. So more rest as planned.
Treadmill - 7.05 miles - 100 minutes, 5 seconds.
.25 mile walk @3.5mph - Warm-up
2 mile run @5.3mph
Lost track of what I was doing after that, but it was basically walk a bit, run a bit, walk a bit, run a bit. From 5.3mph to 8mph, .25 & .50 mile runs. Felt good going for so long, legs are just a bit sore.
Yea. I will sleep very well tonight, I'm sure of that...and probably very soon....
