- I went into this workout a bit reluctant because of yesterdays shoulder issue. But as I progressed through the rows the shoulder began to feel better.
- Ill begin to up the weight on the curl movements next week. The tear seems to be feeling better. Achy, but better.
- Turned out to be an awesome training session, I feel good about it.
