Juggernaut Squats, beginning of the 5s cycle
I was pretty tired at the gym today. I had to get up early and work with my dad. This involved very heavy lifting of a heater up and down steps, but still a good session.
Hips were hurting, I need to do more hip work in my recovery stuff.
Deficit Deadlifts, off 6 mats, feet barely fit under the bar
Low back was hurting a bit here.

These felt good to really loosen my back and work on explosive power.
Banded Hip work
not sure what to call this stuff, but it works the hips hard.
Quick workout today, had to get back to work. Overall I am happy with the start of the third cycle of Juggernaut, weights felt a little heavy but next week will be better!
