315 for bench, because i never thought i'd get there. I just thought that only strong people bench 315
I smashed it in 2011 and kept on climbing...
405 on squats. I did this years ago and then overtrained/ got injured/ lost confidence... something happened and my squat went to crap. Took me a long time to get back up to it. I smashed it last month and then went on to nail 415! Now 405 is my daily target weight
500 on deads. Been chasing this one for a while, but havent hit it quite yet. Pulled 480 like butter and had 500 to my knees... it will fall soon!
