Update - 1/6/12
My shoulder is feeling better now. The pain is almost gone, so I'm pretty sure there is no permenent damage, just a minor strain. I tried some running yesterday, but the impact was shaking my body too much, causing more pain. I finished with some walking.
I'll keep resting it through the weekend, and will do daily range-of-motion excersises. I have a chart I got from my Doctor last time I injured it. I should be able to lift again by the end of next week, latest. Should be good to run by Monday, but will stay cautious.
This is just a speed bump, I'm glad it happened early so I don't lose too much progress. I just started, so I haven't really made much good gains, or fat loss. That will change soon enough, diet is still on track, no alcohol or junkfood.
