It was a milestone for me last year for squatting and dead lift, and it will be for bench press this year.

There's something about that 2pps that makes you feel like you've really accomplished something. (And I expect 315 and 405 is the same.) No longer do you start out with little 5s and 10s. You walk in off the street and slap on 4 big plates and go to town. The peewees look at you like "Dude! You're a beast!" LOL
