Thursday Solid Deload Workout
Decided to kinda give my shoulders a break and just some blood flowing today. I originally planned to do push press, but needed some rest.
Might have been seven sets, but who cares really.
Strict BTN Press, standing
Good pump and stretch
Wow did a lot more sets than I thought
55s x 4 x 8
Also did some light pushdowns and some facepulls, nothing worth documenting. Overall very good workout, Saturday starts the next step in the Juggernaut program, I am excited for some lower reps!! 5s
