Its been some time,so I will first attach my current log in PDF format as it is easier for me this way,then comment on some stuff since my beginning of full body training as well.
1)i made some mistakes in logging and/or didnt log some day.That why first day has 7 logs or so while the other 2 days 5-6.I will start fresh.
2)Progress on all my lifts has been exceptional.I am very satisfied with my result but one:The squat.I am stuck so I will make one or two slight changes for this to be fixed.
3)Training endurance is up as well.There are time that even though i make extra sets etc I feel waaaay too strong to stop yet I do,since I will have more training days anyway.
4)Still no cardio.I will add 2 complexes,one in first day,one in the last day of week,in form of 4 set of 10 reps.I will try at least:/
5)Everything other is fine.I love you all.:P
Changes on new program variation:
1)Add GM Bent at the end with abs.
2)Bent Over Row ,no more cable row.
These are the only changes pretty much.Everything other works.
